Peer Reviews
- Peer Reviews are accepted via phone, fax, internet or e-mail. Our Service Representative will also come to you and complete the referral sheet as well as copying the medical records, if you so desire.
- Peer Reviews are scheduled within 24 hours from receipt of request.
- We can accommodate “rush” requests if necessary. All requests will be received, reviewed and sent to the client within 5-7 days.
- Once the Peer Review is received it will be analyzed by our Quality Review Department, this will ensure that all medical records have been reviewed and addressed appropriately.
- Upon receipt of the completed report, a copy of the report is faxed to the client and the original is mailed out the same day.
